Although I really need to take some pictures of Brynlee, blog about her being 9 months, do the laundry, clean out my car because I swear I live out of it right now since I am homeless, do stuff for work, finish paperwork for the condo, pay bills, and all the other stuff on my list to do....I am going to sit for 10 minutes and blog about our little Condo which is no longer ours. I've really been SUPER stressed about moving, getting everything cleaned, re-painted, fixed etc...I've been so stressed in fact I was really getting to the point that I hated the stupid place!!! I never wanted to see it again!! Now that I have actually thought about not living in it ever again I kinda got sad... It may have been small, and I may have hated it at times, but it was a good place to live and we have a lot of special memories there!! I wanted to list a few so I will always remember... Here is my list!!
*It was our "first home" that I could technically do anything I wanted to!! I never painted so much in my life!! :)
*We moved into the best ward we have ever been in and I will truly miss everyone I know there!! I LOVED serving in the YW's and love those girls more than they will ever know!! I will never forgot how much they taught me!!
*I found out I was pregnant there...I will never forget sitting in our yellow bathroom with the test on the counter knowing it would be negative (they always were) but secretly wishing it would be positive...seeing the positive sign for the first time and not believing it!! I was pregnant...the butterflies in my stomach, the smile on my face, and the tears of joy running down my cheeks will always have happened in that little bathroom!!
*Brynlee was born there and spent the first 8 months of her life there. All of her firsts were there....smiles, laughs, projectile spit up on the carpet, you name it, it happened!! Many sleepless nights, many nights when she was sick I walked the small floors trying to get her to fall back asleep. Her nursery, so cute, pink, and poka dotted!! How sad it was to paint over it!! :(
*Abby our Beagle made her fist little neighborhood dog friends there. She always wanted outside to play with the neighbor dogs. This may sound really dumb...but for 2 years she has been SERIOUSLY terrified of other dogs!! lol
*It was in a great location, and it was 10 minutes or less from my parents, who have helped me more times than I can remember!! Family is the best!!
*Joe and I experienced many spiritual experiences so overwhelming at time the whole condo was filled with the spirit and all we could do was cry!!
*And the funniest memory!!! We always heard our upstairs neighbors being "intimate." Joe and I spent many nights busting a gut because as loud as we turned up our TV we were still very well awear of what was going on!! Way too funny...the joys of condo living!! :) I probably shouldn't have written that, but I don't think we will ever forget how much we laughed over it!!...
Before I fall asleep at the computer I just wanted to share my feelings of sadness...I am very excited to move on to the next step in my life...but I will always remember where we "started"...Our little condo in American Fork so long and goodbye!!
Oh and by the way...the wall got fixed and I totally did most of it myself!! I was so proud!! I forgot to take a picture though...but, it did get fixed!! :)

The Good, the bad, and the ugly...
The Good! Everything is going well with the escrow on our house. It appraised for a little more than purchase price and the home inspection went well. The house is in "imaculate condition!!" We will be moving in with Joe's parents in about a week or so, until our house closes. It is scheduled for May 11th which stinks, but we are hoping to close sooner. We will see what happens though... I'm a little stressed with all the packing, and having to move things twice, but it's exciting to move on to bigger and better things! We had an awesome Easter! Brynlee may not have known what exactly was going on, but she seemed to enjoy it! She especially loved her new toys, and some "tastes" of candy which I've been giving her! I know I shouldn't...but how can you resist such big eyes, and such an adorable face?? I just can't!! She gets me every time!! :) She also had a good time dying eggs! We were going to do it the night before, but after moving all day we were too tired to even think about dying eggs. So she got to do it her Easter dress which wasn't the best of ideas!! She managed to dye her sock green, but I would say that's pretty good considering what she was wearing. We had a fabulous dinner at my mom's, and Joe and I ate ourselves sick! There is nothing better than eating at you parents...my meals never taste as good!! We had a great day, and I'm so thankful for the true meaning of Easter!!

Brynlee only wears headbands for about .5 seconds. I'm lucky if I can get pictures before she yanks it off her head! lol
Luckily, the damage was not as bad as I thought it would be BECAUSE I heard to dripping in time!! lol So much for being crazy and hearing things!! :) Joe and I decided we could fix our wall on our own becuase it really wasn't too bad. With Joe's knowledge and my HGTV expertise we were pretty confident we could sheet rock, tape, mud, sand, texture, and paint!! You better believe our wall is almost back to normal!! I'm pretty proud of us, and I'm glad the damage wasn't as bad as it could have been!! I will post a picture after I paint...you'll never even know!! :) Our little condo is getting very empty as we are packing up and moving out!! Moving really stinks, but it will be worth it in the long run, I can't wait to move into our new place!! I'm counting down the days!! Well I think that's it for now...Hope all had a Happy Easter!!

The Bad... Sunday night I got a call from the manager from my Salon...She told me that they were closing their doors and I no longer had a job!!! What the what?? I was in SHOCK!! I had no idea things were that bad, especially becuase the hair salon was ALWAYS busy!! Really weird!! It's been a crazy week of trying to find another job so I didn't lose clients, getting client information so I can call them, and trying to get my stuff back that I had there!! I did find another job, I busted my buns for 2 days and on the 3rd day I got hired on the spot!! I was very excited!! Thank goodness for miracles!! I was worried with my very limited schedule I wouldn't find a place that would work with me. It will be closer to our new house, and more pay...I couldn't be more happy other than it does stink my old job had to close it's doors. This economy stinks!! Then just when I thought my little crisis was over... Thursday night while getting ready for bed, I kept hearing this tapping/dripping sound. I couldn't figure out where it was coming from and Joe kept telling me I was crazy!! After determination and making my husband keep looking, we found where the sound was coming from we discovered our wall was dripping water!!!! Hmmm...that is not good!! We then find our carpet soaking wet (thus the dripping sound) and our wall was so wet you could stick your finger in it!! Joe hurried upstairs to our neighbors to find out that their water heater went out and was flooding through the ceiling into our condo which is going to be rented in a couple weeks!! NOT GOOD!!! Long story short, after hours of insurance calls, DAYS of drying equipment in our hallway (sounding like an airport), and tons of added stress our wall looked like this after all was said and done:

Update on the craziness!!
I really haven't been very good at blogging lately...so I will try to get everyone up to speed!
Our condo: after a couple people fell through (which was good because I would have had to pack and move in a week) we have renters moving into our place April 29th. Which means we will be moving in with Joe's parents here in the next couple weeks. That will give me time to clean the condo, get carpets cleaned, patch and paint etc... I am dreading moving our stuff twice! But such is my life!
Our NEW house: after counter offer after counter offer we gave our last and final offer on the house we love and told them take it or leave it we will walk away. Let me clarify this though...Through this whole house hunting ordeal I told myself I wasn't going to look at paint, decorations, or fall in love with ANY house! Because, then you are more willing to pay more and negotiate less. I watch FAR too much HGTV. lol Joe on the other hand LOVES this new house. From the minute we walked in he was sold. I've been the stable one through all this because he was more willing to give them what they wanted! lol Kinda funny how that all turned out. So I was going to have to pull him kicking and screaming walking away if they didn't except. Good thing they did! :) Don't get me wrong I love the house, but there are also a lot of other houses I would love and could live in! We are officially under contract and are scheduled to close around May 10th. They needed time to find a house also. It is in Eagle Mountain the "Ranches." In the house subdivision called the "Highlands." It's a 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath with an unfinished basement with a formal living room, family room, and this really cool built in office/loft upstairs. It's very open with vaulted ceilings, a big open windows! It's 2800 sq. feet with a fully landscaped, fenced backyard equipped with a cool waterfall, fire pit, built in trampoline, swing set, and raised garden beds. In the community there is also a small pool and park/playground right across the street from us! It will be so fun for our kid(s). I can't wait until we can move in!! I've had the re-decorating bug BAD lately so I am REALLY excited to totally start over with this new house! Joe is all worried that I'm going to go overboard and go crazy! I told him not to worry, those HGTV episodes are going to come in handy and I will take one room at a time! lol He doesn't know what he's in for!! :) We hope our escrow goes according to plan and that this doesn't fall through, because we really do love the house!
Joe: Joe is not happy at me at the moment. I just got him really good for April Fools!! He is DEATHLY afraid of spiders. It's rather funny how scared he is of them. I put 2 little plastic ones in the shower tonight before he got in...it was hilarious!! What he doesn't know, is there will be another one under his pillow tonight! hahaha! I can't wait!
Brynlee: Poor little baby has not only been teething like crazy, getting another eye tooth, and both top teeth...but she also got the flu really bad and has been really sick for the past few days. Today her fever is finally down from being 103 which scared me to death!! She isn't throwing up anymore, but she still isn't eating as much as she usually does and refuses to eat solids right now! Just wants her mom...I really wish I could take her sickness and make her all better and have it myself! Although I have been a little under the weather too, especially not sleeping with brynlee being sick. We have done a whole lot of nothing lounging in pj's, not showering or doing my hair because all she wants to do is snuggle. I can handle that! :) I hope tomorrow will be better, I can tell she is starting to feel better because she is getting feisty again! lol
Well, I think that is all for now. I am enjoying a sleeping baby, and am ready to crash myself! How I love the peace and quiet at night...it is great! Hope everyone is doing well and I will try and be better at updating so I don't have to write a novel like this again!! :)
